Oh and Btw, the “Someone in the video wearing Recon” Is not a real person but one of the characters in the ODST storyline. The character wearing it is ‘Captain Veronica Dare’ (The Blond haired female soldier shown in a few clips) and her Recon isnt the normal Recon helmet its a special Variant for the character.
Nope, you can NOT get it that way. Bungie has already released requirements to get Recon in ODST. Heres how: Recon: One way is to complete all of the Vidmaster challenges in Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST. The armor can also be unlocked by achieving something that makes Bungie feel you deserve it, such as a Forge map, film or screenshot or winning against Bungie in a Bungie VS World event.
